The past year had been one great joyride for us all, as the Lord blessed our youth ministry tremendously, with so many victories. We put our trust in the Lord as we prepare to embrace yet another year full of His faithfulness and providence.
We are very pleased to announce that our CFC YFL World Youth Congress 2009 will be held on April 3-5, 2009 in the province of Cavite.
Our congress is entitled ‘iTRUST’, inspired by the theme of our community this year from Isaiah 12:2, “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song; and he has become my salvation.”
We aim to gather all the youth leaders (household heads and up) and couple coordinators of CFC YFL, and engage them in a series of pastoral sessions and workshops, centered on this theme and designed to empower and lead them to trust in the Lord, that they may see him more clearly, follow him more nearly, love him more dearly as they live life in community.
